- Google User Data: When you sign in with or connect your Google Account, we access your basic profile data (name, email address, profile photo) to authenticate your identity and create or link your TMA user profile. If you explicitly grant permissions for integrated services (such as calendar or email synchronization), we access only the specific data required to perform those actions.
- Real Estate & Business Data: Property listings, media files, client contact information, portal syndication preferences, and transactional data entered into the CRM.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, and usage metrics necessary for operational monitoring and system security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:
- Authenticating user access and managing your TMA account.
- Operating, maintaining, and improving the features of TrueMédia Agent.
- Syndicating property listings to selected real estate portals upon your instruction.
- Providing customer support, maintenance, and administrative communications.
- Ensuring platform security, preventing fraud, and meeting legal statutory obligations.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
TrueMédia Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- Limited Access: We only request access to scopes necessary to provide core TMA functionality.
- No Advertising Use: We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve advertisements, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
- No AI Training: Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit consent.
- Human Access: Human access to user data is strictly prohibited unless required to resolve technical issues, comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent for technical support.

- Real Estate Portals: When you choose to publish property listings to external listing portals, the necessary property data is transferred based on your configuration.
- Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Infrastructure services necessary to run the platform, specifically our hosting provider OVHcloud located in France (European Union), operating under strict data processing agreements and GDPR compliance.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or competent legal authority in Nyon, Switzerland.

- Location: Your data is securely hosted on OVHcloud servers located in France (European Union), ensuring high standards of physical and logical security and compliance with European GDPR regulations.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and secure database storage) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
- Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and comply with legal statutory retention obligations.
